This should be a good one!
10 yard SPRINT
1 push up
5 second plank hold
Sprint back to start
20 yard SPRINT
2 push ups
5 second plank hold
Sprint back to start
30 yard Sprint
3 push ups
5 second plan hold
Sprint back to start
CONTINUE this pattern every 10 yards increasing push ups by 1 until you reach the 100 yard mark or end zone to end zone with 10 push ups
If you are feeling REAL GOOD - go back down!
